For a return or an exchange at Harlow & Mere, the first step is to contact our team. Here are the conditions, shipping arrangements and refund timings to review.

Your return window

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • These voluntary return conditions do not limit rights that apply to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Starting a return

Contact info@harlowandmere.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Please contact us before posting the parcel; our business address is not a return address.

Return shipping and exchanges

You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. A tracked service is recommended so you can follow the parcel. Exchanges are available on request; email us with the size or item you would prefer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Check your order when it arrives. If there is a problem, email info@harlowandmere.com with your order number and photos where available so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. Any legally required remedies and responsibility for associated costs remain unaffected.

Refund processing
